Question SteelSeries Arctis 9s wireless headset

Hey guys just recentely switched from a wired Hyperx Cloud Alpha headset to a wireless SteelSeries Arctis 9s headset.
I'm having trouble setting up the correct sound settings especailly for the likes of CS:GO I'm having trouble hearing and pinpointing footsteps like I used to with the Cloud Alpha headset.
Any tips? cheers

I've found my Engine 3 is completely different layout than all these videos with different presets. Not sure why or how?>
