SteelSeries Engine & Razer Synapse question

Hi guys. I own a SteelSeries Rival mouse and I am using SteelSeries Engine to configure it. I am going to get a Razer Blackwidow 2014 keyboard and a Razer Kraken 7.1 headset. My question is, will the SS Engine conflict with Razer Synapse? Thanks in advance.

It shouldn't. The software should only affect the peripherals associated with it.
