Steelseries rival Scroll problem

Hi i have this problem with my mouse that when i scroll up fast my mouse kinda like goes back a little randomly. It started about 2 weeks ago and its not only on my computer i tested my mouse on my cousins desktop and on my sisters laptop and still the same problem. I tried reinstalling my steelseries engine 3 but it didn't help. Im kinda bad at explaining so here is a video example.

When did you purchase the mouse is it still under warranty ? Steelseries are very helpful with their return policies so long as you still have the proof of purchase ( emailed one is fine it does not have to be the original ) a picture of the device, the serial code underneath it must still be visible.

Yeah its still under warranty and i have proof of the purchase ill go RMA it soon. Thanks for the answer
