Steelseries Siberia V2 (7.1 not a choice) ?

Ok so i have the siberia v2 frost blue headsets, which are 7.1 surround sound usb headsets. ive noticed, that i cannot choose any surround sound as a option at all, after the free upgrade to windows 10 it will only detect my headset as stereo..... ??

i know many people have come across this problem, but just wondering if there is a solution yet or one for these exact headphones ? i cant seem to find one and its bugging me.

Steelseries' drivers download site says that their new Engine 3 app supports Windows 7 or above. Which version of Engine did you have previously and which version of Windows' OS did you upgrade from?

If the sound seems muffled, crackling or even popping then it is a driver related issue. If the software isn't slated for use on Windows 10 then you can install it under compatibility mode>windows 7 or 8.
