but in simple download the .iso file then burn it to a DVD
go into the BIOS and change the Boot Order so the CD/DVD drive is first
exit and save changes
put in the DVD then restart the computer
when prompted choose to start from CD / DVD
follow the on screen instructions

other method is to

download the .iso file and a bootable USB program
make the .iso file into a bootable USB media
go into the BIOS or EUFI on the computer and change it to check the USB drive or USB hard drive before everything else
follow the on screen instructions for setting up windows 10
