Stock cooler Q6600 to Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo

I was thinking about changing my cooler to a new one since Q6600 is a little bit old, but I don't know if they have the same size ( Like when I would try to assemble it , it will fit the same as Q6600 ). I really need to know.
