Stock Intel Cooler Very high temps

I have a stock Intel core i5 3740 with a stock cooler and i have changed cases. In doing so I have removed the cooler from the CPU and have reapplied thermal paste but after doing this my CPU idles at around 86 degrees Celsius. My case has two 120mm top fans and another 120mm fan in the rear. Wondering how it can get so high and how i can fix it as it used to run over half that temp lower before.
