Stock intel fan install

Can someone let me know the position the four pins should be in before installing as i know they can be fragile if mishandled.

Am i right in thinking all pins shbe sound.ould be turned clockwise before install? Any tips that you think might help would also

I never really noticed before on install. I know removing it they need to be turned counter clockwise. Clockwise can't hurt but Intel's instructions doesn't mention it:
