Stock mobo question

I got this computer (Leonovo K330B 77471TU) it has an Intel G620 2.6GHz (Dual-core) in it. My question is how can I figure out what processor I can put into it? Im not going to be upgrading it for a while but when I do I figure I would put in a quad i5 or something similar. Any help is appreciated!

EDIT: The mobo model is CIH61M:V1.0

All 2nd gen i3/i5/i7 cpu and all 3rd gen i3/i5/i7 with bios update if it supports bios update.

EDIT: I found my BIOS version, LENOVO DPKT21A 8/8/2011. So would I need to update it or am I good to go?
