Question Stop Bing

How or can even " Bing" from booting up every time I start my PC? Some time ago I believe it was on Tom’s someone wrote a small program to stop Edge I think. It did & I saved that program I’m not sure it would work on Bing if I can find it on my PC Win 10 file I have?

Havening Bing on Edge startup automatically is unwanted. I unsuccessfully tried all the methods suggested to stop this and then finally realized how to solve it.

It turns out this is really a lock screen issue. If you have "Windows Spotlight" as your screen saver it will start Edge and use downloaded pictures from Bing. It looks just like any other web page but is actually a screen saver. To remove it simply type "lock screen settings" in the search bar and unselect "Windows Spotlight" under personalize your lock screen.
