My laptop keeps typing 5555555 what can I do?

Is it on your laptop or your desktop keyboard? If the former, remove the keycap and see if there's any dirt/debris impeding the switch to kick back up. If it continues, remove the keyboard from the laptop and use a USB driven external keyboard. If the latter, remove keycap and inspect that there's no dirt or debris. If the issue compounds try and see if a secondary keyboard causes the same issue.
