Store Intel CPU in AMD Case

Hello everyone,

I have to RMA my motherboard and have seemingly lost my case for my Intel i5-4690K. I found a case for a AMD FX-8350. Would I be able to store my Intel i5-4690K in the case for the FX-8350?

You can store it anywhere it will be safe from mechanical damage and static.

If you have an anti-static bag....put it in that and then just put it somewhere safe.

If you don't have an anti static bag....put it in a small box.
