Question Strange Blacklight Bleeding on Monitor

So i'm experiencing some issue where screen edge having a small patch of backlight bleed, its length varies and only appears after waking up from sleep but disappear like 6 minutes later. Is it indicator of the screen getting bad or it's ok?

It'd be a good idea if you could parse a video of what you see to corroborate what you've written. I'd upload the video on YT or Imgur and have that as evidence for yourself in case you're under warranty and want to pursue RMA'ing by contacting seller as well as panel manufacturer.
