Ok so this happened just twice before i post this. I noticed, since im always looking for things, that some files i tried to download (to be specific a .7z file and a .zip file) from totally different websites that had nothing to do, appear to show a chinese extension in the file type option of the saving windows (as seen in the image) this chinese characters even change themselves for another chinese ones from time to time when trying to download the same file, of course i did not download any of these, but i was wondering, since from yesterday it has happened twice, and besides the majority of files i keep downloading doesnt seem to have this issue at all, what kind of sign with this be for? And what recommendationd so you people. I didnt download anything seriously dangerous, only some ISO burners and image creators from sites with the "safe" tag of chrome, and maybe some other files which i always scan with avast, malwarebytes free and super antispyware, im very cautious. Everything i download, I scan. I searched online and there were issues when users had their actual computer files with these chinese extensions and even system files, so some recommendations on what to do would be very appreciated.

I'm still doing research and came across some post on some 7zip related website forums that say there are some issues with chinese file names but not the filetypes itselves... Maybe it has something on my issue as well since the files i was trying to download were indeed a 7z and a zip file? Maybe those filetypes could be confronting trying to be the default app for the extensions or something? As an update, i ran all my security software that i mentioned and no flags...
