Question Strange Coil Whine only in game

Hi everyone,

Sorry for my English but I will try to be very clear about my problem.

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming Pro b450
Memory: 16 Gb 3200 mhz Vengeance
PSU: EVGA 1000 w
VGA: Radeon Vega 56 Gigabyte OC Edition


My problem is that I have coil whine only in games and only at certain times.

For example:

- Running 3D Mark. Using 99% CPU I don't have coil whine (29 FPS - 99% CPU load).

- In CSGO in the menu to choose the side I do have enough coil whine (368 FPS - 82% CPU load).

- In CSGO in the game I have coil whine but much less than what I have in the menu (446 FPS - 72% CPU load).

- In COD Warzone I have the same whine coil that I have in the CSGO game (120 FPS - 90% CPU load)


So I can't find an explanation of what's going on. Since in 3D Mark using 99% CPU load I have no coil whine. However I do have a rather annoying whine coil in COD Warzone and in the CSGO menu where I even have less FPS than in the game itself.

Could it be due to some BIOS settings? What could be the origin of my problem?

I do not plan to play CSGO at such high FPS, I just want to know the origin of the problem, since in COD Warzone the same thing happens to me.

Update:

I am noticing that my VRM temperature is a little crazy.
Since at times it gives me temperatures of 1,400 degrees haha and at times it marks 0 degrees.
Could my whine coil problem be related to my VRM temperature sensor?
