Strange GPU fan noise

Sometimes the issue can be remedied by stopping the fan and the noise is gone. The fan sounds irregular, and too loud even though temps are low. What do I do, I'm a little scared about this.

I think you can give the card Gigabyte for the repair. İt is too strange.
