Question Strange internet/router behavior

I have a strange issue, can't reach to two sites properly. They load but no images (broken images) and very very slow to load. The sites are, Microsoft. com account login and newegg.com site or newegg.ca . I tried both wifi and wired pc (2 pcs) and android phone samsung., same thing. If I use data on the phone, no issues sites download properly and fast. I am using ubiquiti usg router. Restart the router, change dns to 1.1.1.1 from isp, no luck. Any guidance will appreciated. Start by disabling IPv6 on your PC. Force all your traffic to IPv4.
