Hi everyone,
I am kind of stuck on this issue.
I was installing Visual Studio from an external hard drive I have, and it got stuck during the install... I forced quit.. and it looked like it corrupted the hard drive.
I went into command prompt and did chkdisk to fix everything
Here is the weird part ..
In Windows Explorer the drive when you select it says inaccessible
However
When I go into disk management I see the volume/partition there showing the full size of drive and space already utilized.
Not sure if I am missing something here, but disk management is telling me I have a good drive,
This drive is also not that old, and I have a high quality Hitachi Deskstar hard drive on it.
Thanks
