Solution
I think it maybe the communication problem between the hardware and software. And try;
1) use the Guru3D - Driver Sweeper to clean the GPU driver in safe mode. http://www.guru3d.com/content_page/guru3d_driver_sweeper.html
2) boot the pc without install the any GPU driver, download and install the intel chipset driver, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775 because the driver will control the pcie.
3) Check the BIOS setting for the GPU, make easy to set it to "auto" mode something like that.
4) Also don't use other USB device except the mouse/keyboard.

If you try those and you can't solve the problem, and I have no idea for it. Hope other member can help you.

Solution
1. i already do that, uninstall with "Display driver Uninstaller"
2. not try this one, i will try install chipset driver, without amd / nvidia driver
3. already do set to pcie, coz there's no gpu onboard
4. already do that, only keyboard plugin, without mouse

tq for you respon, i appreciate it
