Question Strange noise from BeQuiet Dark Base Pro Rev. 2 computer case

Hi, I am using a BeQuiet Dark Base Pro Rev 2 computer case with the top 3 and back fans replaced by Thermaltake Trio RGB fans. The front three fans are still the SilentWing 3 fans. I have been using the computer without the glass panel on for about half a year. It was dead silent even when I played 4K games with the highest settings. I put on the side glass panel a week ago. Since then, I sometimes hear strange sounds coming out from the computer even I just do basic office productivity work. Perhaps due to vibration of the glass panel? How do I make the computer quiet again? Thanks.

Take the panel off and reinstall it more carefully?
Foam pads or rubber washers can lessen/ eliminate vibrations
