Question Strange noise on new PC

Hi, when I start a game for example Valorant.... the PC starts making a very strange and quite loud noise! and it goes away as soon as I exit the game and go to the desktop! what produces it? I have a 7800x3d, a Msi x670e carbon mobo, Msi A1000G power supply and a video card that comes from the old PC and has never had any noises... I excluded the heatsink and the SSDs.... is it the motherboard coil whine or power supply? keeping in mind that it only does this in games

It does sound like coil whine from either the GPU or most probably the power supply. Try to isolate which part makes the noise and then probably exchange that part. There's no real solution to coil whine.
