Strange Noises in my computer

I dont know if this is a april fools joke but i keep hearing weird noises of people talking as if theyre audio clips from a video playing over and over again even if i close all browsers, restart my computer or shu it down its still there pls help me

Ok, firstly, presumably your not hearing the noises when the computer is turned off?

no, they happen while the computer is turned on
