Question Strange PCIe behaviour ?

Hello guys, My Laptop's NVMe drive runs in a strange way like as follows:
On Battery Power : Runs in PCIe 2.0 Interface.
While Plugged in : Runs in PCIe 3.0 Interface.

I tried changing the PCIe power plan settings in Windows, But the issue doesn't seem to be fixed.
Is there anyway that I can keep the SSD running in Gen3 Speeds while on battery Power? Thanks in advance.
