Strange red pixels on the laptop screen

As the title says I sometimes have some strange red pixels on the screen. If I adjust the position of the screen they dissappear until I move the screen again, and they come back, even though it's another position. Its like this all over the screen:

A guess, the cable from the screen to the motherboard is either loose or damaged. If loose you will need to take the laptop apart and re seat it. If damaged I don't think you will be able to change it so your stuck with it unless you replace the screen

Where do I find the cable? I've never opened this pc before. It's a hp probook 430 G1

It will be a flat cable near the hinge of the laptop. Search YouTube, chances are there is video showing you how to change the screen of your model laptop, this will give you an idea where the cable is and how to take the laptop apart

Ok, I will try and tell you afterwards if it fixed it

Edit: It worked! I reconnected the pin for the screen and now its working like before Only problem is that I broke the pin for the webcam, hehe
