Question Strange screen issues ?

Good morning, I'm not sure how to explain the problem, I went to the desktop and found it all black (the app icons are visible) and only after I select an area of the screen with the mouse does it "recolour". I have the same problem with Chrome, when I move the mouse over some pages or on the bar above the various windows it makes the one I had before reappear. The same problem occurs in some apps like Chrome or Discord, it happens every now and then that when I move the mouse it shows me where I move it an old page or an old image, in any case things that had passed on the screen shortly before... I don't know how to solve it and what could be the problem

AMD 7800x3d, 4070 12gb, 32gb ddr5 6000mhz, b650 tomahawk wifi. It doesn't happen frequently, there are days it doesn't happen, and when it does I can't figure out what it's related to. It hasn't happened to me on desktop again, it happened to me yesterday on discord.
