Question Strange sound & Microphone problems Samsung s6

I have a Samsung s6 with sound / mic problems.
Notification, ringtone sounds work but playing music,videos sound doesn't work.
In facebook messenger video calls, the mic and sound DO work.
In phone calls, the other person can't hear me, using earphones with a microphone allows me to speak on the phone. Voice recording doesn't work and when I take a video it says it's 'recording from earphones mic'.
I've messed around with settings recommended online when I googled these problems, to no avail.
I restarted the phone in safe mode and made a call and the sound and microphone worked perfectly!!
I assumed then it was caused by a third party app, but after deleting them one by one, the problem isn't fixed.
I've cleaned the phone with compressed air and since it functions in safe mode, it mustn't be a hardware issue, right?
I also performed a factory reset but it didn't solve the problem.

This is a minor hardware problem.

This could be a result of wrong assembling of the phone from local shops.

That's exactly what happened with me.

If you person on the other side cannot hear you, you switch to the loudspeaker. It will likely work.

Also, go to apps section from the settings and remove all the apps that you think are not important or you've not intentionally installed.
