Strange spots in watercooling heatsink?

Im really worried about my h80i. It has some skyblue spots on the copper heatsink.

Is it some sort of leaking? Please help!

Oxidation, that is a leaky block. RMA that thing I would not trust it at all.

well either the block leaks or it was packaged in a factory with a leaky roof. neither is a good thing. if that thing leaks the water is going right into your CPU socket and down on to your GPU, that would be an ugly sight. you would effectively be kissing your system goodbye.

sorry for being a bit harsh, but it is a really bad sign that you have that oxidation on the block. those coolers should not be allowed out of the factory like that, so that implies something happened to it.
