Strange Stuttering And Freezing In Every Program

Hello everyone, I'm dealing with a really... Annoying issue where my programs, all of them, will just freeze for a few seconds every 30 seconds to a minute. The strange thing is the entire computer isn't frozen as my mouse is still at least able to move about the screen. I'm at a loss right now, so if anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Could you please pass on your full systems specs?

Have you tried uninstalling your graphics card drivers and performing a clean install of said drivers? Try a repair install of Windows 10 and see if the issue is averted.

Hello and thank you for your response! Since posting, I've come to the conclusion that Firefox is somehow the issue. I'm not sure why, but when I closed it, things settled down and went back to normal.
