Question strange things going on

Hello yesterday i was on r6 and my pc crashed i turned it back on and bsod i got a new windows install and all my games are microstuttery and bugy i need help pls (im about to give up)

side note games only get messed up passed 60 fps

and the bsod i got was kernel security check failure

What's r6? also what are your specs?

my specs are at the bottom and r6 is rainbow six

i also think it is a cpu issue because when i pump more voltage into it the problem starts to fade

Is the CPU overclocked? that board isn't made for overclocking, not at all.
CPU temp should be under 85 ºC

also... you're using only 1 stick of RAM right? that could decrease performance but not too much to make everything stuttery

My temps are about 69c at high load and my ram was doing fine before this bsod I had so I think it is bad hdd or faulty ram

Also it is not fps stuttering it is mouse stuttering and latency
