stranger next to my name

I didn't know where to post this so thought I would ask on this one since I posted a question here already. Why does it say <i>stranger</i> under my name and <i>newbie</i> under others?

It depends on the amount of posts you make. The more posts you make the higher in rank (if you wanna call it that) you get.

I see both of you guys are "strangers" too. Did you both come from DELPHI forum? That's how I found out Tom moved it here and I can tell already I'll be happier.

yep i moved from delphi. Anyway we can have a little competition (not for me i dont live online) who can get to the highest name first. Anyone know what i may be ??

I think its about 25 posts to become a newbie..then on you go through journeyman and onto member I guess. No idea how many posts you need
