Question Stream labs OBS lagging in stream

I have a 144hz monitor and for some reason my stream is lagging really badly. if I reduce to 60hz, its working fine. However I risk alot on it and I don't like it. If there any other suggestions? Does OBS studios do the same thing?

Specs: cpu: Ryzen 5 2600
gpu: Gigabyte G1 1060 6gb
ram: TridentZ 3000mhz RGB

What settings are you using? Getting 144FPS transcoded is too much for any CPU especially if you are running a game at the same time.

Settings in StreamLabs OBS? Or you mean on my computer? Or game settings?

OBS streaming settings,if you use the CPU to stream it can't handle 144FPS/1080p.
