Hey guys! I'm starting a stream on twitch so I bought new pc parts to have better quality. I tested my stream and it was about 10-15 seconds behind. I have no idea what the problem could. I have looked all over for answers, but haven't found anything to help my situation. My parts are:

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Nvidia GTX 1660 Super
16GB ram
Elgato 4K60 Pro Mk.2
Using OBS
I use a console for my gaming.
internet is around 350GB Down and 50MB up (I was told you need at least 10MB up to have a good stream)

Hopefully this enough to go off of if not I'm glad to give as much info as possible. Thanks in advance!

Do you mean that you streamed the video to twitch and then looked at the stream from a different window/tab? Of course it is going to be a bit late it practically goes around the world, well it goes to the closest server farm to/in your country gets processed into a stream and then send back to you,it's going to take some time.

Even professional TV shows have some delay because they have to go over satellites.

Other people told me this. Is that a normal thing? I honestly never knew. I thought it was instant.
