[SOLVED] Streaming and gaming cpu??

I currently use an i7 7700k cpu in my pc, and when I try to stream (using Xsplit) and play csgo I get choppy gameplay, which it’s smooth on all other games for the most part.
So my first question is there anyway to smooth out the gameplay to make it perform better?
Or should I find a better cpu for both streaming and gaming from the same pc? If so what are the best/ recommended ones?

have you tried limiting your framerate on csgo to the hz of your monitor? that will free up performance with no penalty in game. you can use msi afterburner which installs with a utility called rivatuner that can limit frames.
