Streaming and gaming on same PC

My question is,is this bad for my PC lifespan.I currently stream and game on same PC and notice no noticeable difference in framerate or stutters.I know streaming HAS to create more heat within the computer case and cause my PC to work harder.BUT if properly cooled does it still effect lifespan of my computer and its parts. Also running with CPU's stock cooler, although I see no drop in frames/stutters when streaming could my PC be running in danger zone as far as heat goes without noticing any visible performance hit in games/streams.Lastly does streaming for long hours have a heightened effect on above said.

Bonus question: does streaming with webcam enabled have a huge impact on PC stress during streaming.

so I guess to simplify the question,is stressing the computer for long hours bad IF temps are cool.Kinda like an engine burning through gas/oil faster if being pushed hard.
