+ a webcam http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008ZVRAQS/?tag=pcggrtest-20&ascsubtag=bestwebcam

- Xeon is basically an i7 without the built-in GPU so the performance is approximately the same, Zotac GTX 970 have 2 display ports and it will be able to handle dual monitor setup but you might nid to tune down some graphics settings for an AVG of 30 FPS on games such as Crysis 3
- you can take out the optical drive if you are not going to use it ( installing MS using USB ) and get a ASUS GTX970 Strix or Logitech G402 / G502

Solution

So this will be able to handle anything while streaming for the next few years?

for the next few years yes.

xeon delivers the performance of an i7 with which has 4 cores with 2 threads per core and hyper threading enabled, the only difference is that it does not have a built-in gpu. xeon cant be overclock but is has the advantage when it comes to streaming/editing, but they perform generally the same in gaming( the i5k might perform a bit better in gaming once OCed)
