Streaming at 720p 60 fps help

Hey , i have currently an issue that i'm not sure how to solve , my pc has a gtx 1070 , an intel i7 4790 non k and 8 gbs of ddr3 .

I only stream Cs Go and i can do it fine with these specs with 200+ fps , but after a while my pc starts lagging as a whole and i have to restart it in order to continue to play smoothly , idk what i need to change to make it better.

I was thinking of upgrading the cpu to an i7 7700k but since i use a stock cpu cooler i wonder if buying a better one is the only upgrade i need instead of buying a new cpu and motherboard ?

Check your temps while gaming as it sounds like your CPU and/or GPU may be overheating causing that stuttering. As for streaming that 4790 is well more then enough for that. Use HWmonitor to check temps as it will record the min/max temps.

Once you get those temps (gaming temps for CPU/GPU) then post them here and well figure what the next best course of action should be.

CPU temp is too high, your going to need to install a aftermarket cooler. What case do you have?

This is a larger cooler but will fit into that case per the specs and would be noticeably better then that stock Intel cooler. Plus it's a excellent price after MIR.
