Streaming build 3570k+gtx760

So my buddy wants to get into pc gaming and tends to lately stream his games from his xbox, and will use this pc to stream from the xbox via a capture card and when he gets more pc games stream them from the pc itself. Now me and my other buddy have some parts laying around for a build for him making it fairly cheap for him.

Just curious if anyone has an idea on how well this will perform for streaming while gaming. I have a feeling because the older i5 and gpu he will be using he will need to stream at a lower resolution and play as well at a lower resolution and settings.

For the most part the system will consist of a i5 3570k and a GTX 760 2Gb with 8Gb of ram. The system hasnt been built yet as we are missing a few items, just want to make sure we are going with something that will work pretty well for streaming at most likely 720p 30-60fps.

I think it should be alright for 720p but depending on how good your internet is you might need to lower the bitrate a bit for a smooth stream. However lowering the bitrate will make the stream look like garbage so that's a bit tricky there. As far as how good the pc is to stream it should be fine, even if you stream pc games, just have to make sure not to stream anything crazy like Resident Evil 7 cause that will most likely lower the framerate.
