Streaming games from pc to laptop

I am finally replacing my laptop with a desktop computer but I still want to be able to play games when I go to someone else's house. HowHow can I stream games from my pc at home to my old laptop at my friends house?

Steam in home steaming is an option. Doesn't work very well but the final result may vary.

Steam IN HOME streaming works well for IN HOME streaming. It is not an option. He cannot use it to stream games over the internet and there is no practical way to do that.

You want to play games on your desktop at your friends then you pick up your desktop and take it there
