Streaming PC

HI all, i have gaming PC nice config:

1070 super jet stream from Palit
i5-8400
16 gbs DDRAM 3000 MHZ
Asus MBO z370-e

I would like to build streaming PC to hook it up to my gaming RIG.

From what i read, the streaming doesnt need to be that powerful. I was thinking to hook up an I3-8100 and a 1050 TI 4GB. Will this do for streaming only?

Also please recommend a capture card that will work nicely.

Solution
There's no point going for an 8th gen i3 since they only have one chipset which is designed for the higher end cpu's. So you'll spend as much on the motherboard as the cpu and won't have any use out of it. So if going i3 go for an older gen or wait for newer lower end chipset. But I would still recommend an i5.

You don't need an gtx 1050ti either, look around on ebay or any other used market and find something cheaper. The only thing your GPU will be doing is rendering your desktop and OBS so that the CPU doesn't have to do any video output. So that will free up budget for a better CPU.

And check this out for a capture card, it's basic but will have everything you need really...

The thing is i dont want to go over a certain budget... around 650-700 Euros.

I have to check Black Friday in this case

From what im reading, the GPU is not that importan, the CPU is more important in this case it seems....ill have to read more on this it seems :)

You might need one of those to stream your audio from your main pc.
