So I'm looking to build a good streaming/gaming PC for around 850$. This is what I've got in mind:
AMD FX-8350
MSI Gaming 990FXA-GAMING MB
16 GB of 2133 RAM
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD
XFX Radeon RX480 8GB VC

I've already got a 750 Watt PS, a case, and a 1TB HDD in my current build that I'll move over to this one so the components I have to buy come out to about 812$ before taxes so that works out. Does this look like it'll do the job? Also, I definitely plan on overclocking so do you think it would be a necessity to get a liquid cooler for the cpu? Thanks for any help you guys and gals can throw my way!

OH yea! And also, I'm looking to stream mostly Blizz stuff (WoW, Overwatch, Hearthstone) and League. Thanks again!

the FX-8350 (like any current AMD CPU) is aweful for gaming.
You want at least i5-6500 (better 6600K) and ideally i7 CPU.
the FX CPU would be a waste of money for your purpose.
Also, the GPU you picked, has a reference cooler which is very bad. you probably want a custom dual fan cooler. even better would be getting GTX 1060 6GB (shadowplay is awesome for streaming)

I also agree with n0ns3ns3, do not invest in the 8350 for gaming. It has 8 cores opposed to 4 which means that on games that are very CPU intensive you will likely have bad stutter or at least some extent of frame rate lag. I have the 8350 on my current build and Blizzard games run great, but it all depends on what you are wanting to play. I play Overwatch on highest settings and always have over 100 frames. My GPU is a XFX Radeon R9 290.... If you have the money to invest, go with an Intel CPU. I also think Nvidia is the better choice for GPU! The new Geforce GTX 10 series literally just came out, they are definitely the best buy on the market. If you have an Intel CPU and the Nvidia GPU your build will be much more stable and reliable in the long run.

Hope this helps!

theres no need to overclock since you can max out everything already with ease.

I could probably swing the 888$. I'm purchasing a piece or two at a time over the next few weeks. Piece or 2 per paycheck. Will admit though i'm kinda bummed AMD couldn't hold up. I'm a bit of a fanboy no lie, though not so much so that I would pass up a better equally affordable build ;-P.

CPU, RAM, SSD prices are stable - the relatively tricky part is the video card. It might take some effort to get it for that price. don't pay more - that's the official price. Just look for availability on amazon, newegg, B&H and whatever your favorite source for parts is :)
