Hi everyone!
I just bought my first PCVR headset and am so hyped to upgrade from the PSVR.
3700x and 2070 Super won't allow me to play VR games and stream at 1080@60fps at the same time without a ton of dropped frames, so I'm looking for the cheapest possible 1080@60 streaming PC.
I also have no idea if it'd be better to build a x264 or NVENC setup.
Hardware I own that could potentially decrease the costs:
i5-4690k
16gb of DDR3 RAM
Based on that, I thought of getting a cheap case, mobo, psu and a used NVENC card to handle OBS and encoding, however I'm unsure if the old quadcore 4690k will handle that.
Any advice would be extemely appreciated.
