Streaming PC. (ONLY lol, dota, csgo , wow)

what do you think? I need pc with enough power to stream my games - lol, dota, cs go , wow. I have 1920-1080 monitor. I'd like to stream 720p/60 fps.

since im not really interested in playing games like unity/gta5 on ultra i dont need i7 CPU and fx 8350 is much better than i5 for streaming less demanding games like lol,dota,csgo, wow. Also when ill feel that i need more CPU power ill be able to overclock my 8350.

However. If gtx 950 will be released soon ill replace r7 370 4gb for gtx 950 4gb and ill still have enough power to upgrade my pc by adding one more GPU and (if needed) more RAM.

PCPartPicker is unavailable at the moment, but it sounds like you're going with an FX-8350 + R7 370 combination here. I'd advise you to steer away from the FX-8350 because of its 125W TDP. The typical usage of a streaming PC is to be near-silent and low-energy. This violates the latter in a massive way, which implies the need of significant cooling potential in the form of significant fans if not liquid cooling. Both of those solutions contribute a lot of noise which violates the near-silent goal.

If that's not your goal, then an FX-8350 is roughly comparable to an i5-4430/i5-4460, though it's cheaper. As you point out, the FX-8350 is unlocked while those i5 chips aren't (at least until the i5-4690K which adds quite a bit of cost compared to the FX-8350, though is a completely superior CPU).

Also the upgrade path with GPUs should be replacement, not SLI/CF. Think about it for a moment. Suppose you had bought a low-mid range GPU 3 years ago and now encountered problems with its performance in modern games. Odds are you would've ended up with something like the GTX 650. If you had purchased an SLI capable motherboard with the goal of upgrading to SLI one day, then you may be tempted to add in a second GTX 650 and get that boost in performance to GTX 650 SLI in games that support SLI and suffer with GTX 650 performance in games that don't support SLI. Meanwhile the boost is not 100%, just like jumping from 2 cores to 4 cores doesn't double performance. Meanwhile look at how many GTX 650s you can even buy today and when you see them, where are they and what are their price? It makes far more sense to replace the GTX 650 with something in the same tier but modern, which will outperform the GTX 650 SLI.

My point is very basic: If you want to spend extra on a motherboard because it supports SLI but don't put in two GPUs from the start then you're fooling yourself and wasting your money. The clean upgrade path with GPUs is replacement, not SLI/CF. It gets a little interesting, too, with potential solutions. What if you had purchased a GTX650 three years ago, but noticed it wasn't keeping up so great last year? You could've sold it on ebay or done a hardware swap and replaced it with a GTX 7xx card.
