More and more, I am experiencing streaming videos stalling on me (YouTube, etc.). The sound continues, but the video freezes. I though maybe my ram (I have 16 MB) was a problem, but I ran a self check on it and all is well. I noticed that it shows 16 MB installed, but only 10.6 available. Is this normal? I thought maybe my graphics card has gone crazy, so I replace it. No difference. Any ideas? I have Windows 10 Pro, AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor 3.40 GHz, 64 bit OS, ASUS Motherboard M4A87TD/USB3 ( I know, it's an old one). Thanks in advance.
