I have two PCs one for streaming and one for gaming. I have a capture card as well as two monitors. I want to stream at 900p 60fps and game at 1440p 144hz with g sync. I’ve tried a bunch of things with obs screen mirroring EVERYTHING. Someone help I use streamlabs obs. No matter what I try it always will drop my refresh rate to 60hz. My PCs are strong enough so thats not the issue. How can I output 1080p 60hz to the capture card and still game at 1440p 144hz with g sync.

Solution
Oh i see, sorry i'm not sure what else it could be. I don't understand why it doesn't work. The main cord going from GPU to monitor is completely separate from the capture system, so it shouldn't have issues.
So let me see if i got this right:

Computer --> Capture Card --> Monitor

That can cause issues, cause it is not a direct link to the monitor itself.
Try this,

Take your main display cable, disconnect it from the capture card, and connect it to the graphics card.

Hook ANOTHER cable to your monitor, run THAT to your CAPTURE card, then to YOUR GPU.

Then in windows you'll see two monitors, make sure they are in mirrored mode.

Hope that works (then make sure the monitor is capturing data from your first cable that isn't connected to your capture card)
