Hi Guys, please could you advise which stress tests to run to determine if a specific cpu overclock is stable as well as how long to run them for. i have a Ryzen 3 1200 with a Deepcool Gammaxx 400 cooler, how high should i go, other specs in sig, also should I bother overclocking the ram?

Solution
AIDA64 for CPU, 30 minutes.
well, that's for me personally. and idk about ryzen 1st gen, i think they're not a good overclocking chip.
just try 100mhz increase per test. and no need for 30 minute each increase, just do it for 3 minutes, then increase the clock again, until the thing crashes or reached your desired OC. if it crashes, tune it down again by 200mhz, then stress test it for 30 min to check stability.
For voltage, if possible, don't go over 1.4v. lower is better.
