It turns out you were right Halcyon. My Ram was bad. After switching eveything around I tried Orthos and Prime 95 again and it would still fail. Bought 2 gigs of Corsair Dominator and switched them and now it runs great. Ran orthos and Prime 95 for 24 hours with no problems at all both with stock settings and after using the extreme Tweaker AI USer to OC to 3.6GHZ. It is still nopt scoring very well comparitively on 3d Mark though which I do not understand.
To answer the other question above, I am using a CPNS 9700 Zalman Heatsink in an Antec case. I am getting 25C at Idle and in the low 30C range when running Orthos or Prime 95.
