Struggling to install google play store on my lenovo phab 2 plus

I recently got a brand new lenovo phab 2 plus and I can't seem to install google play, sign into my gmail and it keeps saying there are some setting s that are missing to be able to do that.
I have tried everything I can.

Secondly I want to change my default storage from internal to SD card on a lenovo phab 2 plus. How do I do that.

I'm nearly sure that google play store is automatically installed on all android phones.

If your are manually installing Google Play Store, first off, uninstall it.

Second, go to this website on your phone. http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-store/ and click this button shown in the link below.

Once the download is complete, DO NOT OPEN IT!

Go to this website and do what it tells you to do.

Once you have enabled that option, run that .apk file you downloaded earlier and follow the install process of Google Play.

And once it's installed, run it and it should work perfectly fine.
