Question Stuck at BIOS Splash Screen after SSD installation.

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 3 3200g
Motherboard: TUF B450M PRO GAMING
RAM: HyperX RGB 2666Mhz 8Gb
GPU: GTX 1050 Ti

Stuck at BIOS Splash Screen after SSD installation. Cannot access BIOS Settings.

I have already tried the following:

• Updated the BIOS
• Disabled bios security
• Set to Windows UEFI already
• Hot plugging the ssd. Formatting it in the disk management but it fails
• While plugging the ssd into a different computer, it can be formatted without issues.
