Stuck at Fujitsu Loading screen Logo

Hello I have a Fujitsu Lifebook A series that is stuck at the first Fujitsu Logo, It doesn't load windows. I only have access to 3 Menus :
1- [Esc] Diagnostic Screen
2- [F2] BIOS Setup
3- [F12] Boot Menu

I have tried to Load Default BIOS settings then retrying but nothing. And in the boot menu when I select Drive0 HDD It goes black screen for few moments then flashes some fast writings after this takes me back to the boot menu... Same for when I select CD/DVD Drive a black screen followed by the fast writings (so fast I cant even read it / take a picture of it)

Any body has a solution for this ??

If you are proficient with the inner works of your laptop, then open the lid and check the data connections....else run to teh nearest service centre...
