Stuck at starting windows on windows 7

My computer won't boot past the starting windows screen on windows 7. I have trial and errored all ram modules, usb ports, cd drives, graphics card. Booting from the repair disk does not work. Safe mode hangs on classpnp.sys. repair loads with the green bar and does not go past that.

Did this start happening out of no where on an old installation of the OS or is this after a fresh install? What are your system specs?

appreciate the response I could use all the help I can get. It happened on an old install out of nowhere. I got a BSOD and when i turned it back on it started doing this. I've been trying solutions for about 12 hours or more now. I don't know my exact system specs as I can't directly look at them right now but the things i do know are. GTX 260, I5 760, western digital green cavier,gigabyte h55m-usb3.

I can look harder for other things if you need more info.
